Nourish in Black: Quianah invites us to imagine a black-owned space with Caribbean vibes and the welcoming feeling of the South, plant-based eats, good music, and beautiful houseplants & flowers for sale. Nourish Botanica is slated to open in 2021, but you can follow the project’s progress here.
Chicomecóatl: Chicomecóatl researches, lovingly creates, and nourishes with modern regenerative Mexican cuisine. Named after the ancient Aztec goddess of maíz, Chicomecóatl is a fitting tribute to founder Maricela Vega's forebearers, maíz farmers from Guanajuato, Mexico and producers of nixtamal.
